Below is our set of terms for using the Dimension Engineering
site and Dimension Engineering products. Please carefully review them.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use Dimension
Engineering's site or its products.
By using the Dimension Engineering website or our products you indicate
that you have agreed to these terms.
Website issues:
The Dimension Engineering site and the information
contained on it are provided "as is". While Dimension Engineering
intends the information to be accurate, no warranties of any kind are
made with respect to the Dimension Engineering site and its
information, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy or
completeness. Typographical errors and other mistakes are possible. Any
displayed information, including pricing, is subject to changes at any
moment, and without notification.
Life support, automotive, emergency
equipment and transportation issues:
Dimension Engineering's products are not authorized for
use as critical components in life support devices or systems.
Dimension Engineering's products are not authorized for use as critical
components in cars, vehicles, airplanes or boats of any kind when they
are involved in the transportation of living beings.
Dimension Engineering's products are also not authorized for use as
critical components in power plants,
water supply/treatment facilities, gas facilities, chemical production
facilities, medical facilities, military facilities, or any other
environment where failure would jeopardize the health or welfare of
living beings.
Dimension Engineering's products are not authorized for
use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe controls, including
without limitation, the design, construction, maintenance or operation
of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems,
air traffic control, and life support or weapons systems.
Dimension Engineering specifically disclaims any express or implied
warranty of fitness for such purposes.
As used herein:
a. Life support devices or systems are devices or systems which (1) are
intended for surgical implant into the body, or (2) support or sustain
life and whose failure to perform when properly used in accordance with
instructions for use provided in the datasheet can be reasonably
expected to result in a significant injury to the user.
b. A critical component is any component in a device or system whose
failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of
the device or system or to affect its safety or effectiveness.
Target application
issues:
Dimension Engineering tests each individual product before it gets
shipped out. Dimension Engineering also does its best to ship products
in such a way that will minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
However, shipping mishandling problems can still occur, which can
compromise the functionality of the product in ways that may not be
visibly apparent. As such, Dimension Engineering offers no guarantee or
warranty that any of our products will reach the customer in perfect
working condition. However, we will repair or replace at our option,
any product found to be defective. In no event shall Dimension
Engineering be held liable for damages caused to other products/items
as the result of the use our products.
Shipment issues:
Since we rely on third party entities like USPS, UPS, Fedex, and
foreign customs agencies to handle the shipment of our products,
Dimension Engineering can make no guarantees or warranties about
delivery dates of our products. Dimension Engineering cannot be held
liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by late product
delivery, or loss of items during shipment.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Dimension Engineering or its
suppliers, agents, licensors, or contractors be liable for any special,
incidental, punitive, multiple, indirect or consequential damages of
any kind, even if Dimension Engineering has been advised of the
possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action.
